During his eight years with the Swedish opera company, he sang over fifty different roles. He later went on to sing at the Metropolitan Opera, Chicago Opera, and San Francisco Opera. He also won the prestigious Royal Court Singer award from King Gustaf V of Sweden.
 
As an opera singer, you'll need to learn to interact with your fellow artists and the audience. You'll also need to adhere to stage directions and blocking. It's important to keep eye contact with the conductor and learn to integrate yourself with the orchestra. This requires years of training.
