Maariana Vikse | International Award Winning Opera Singer

  Maariana Vikse is an international, award-winning opera singer and breast cancer survivor. Maariana’s most recent performance was  Marquise of Berkenfeld, in Opera Carolina’s production of The Daughter of the Regiment. Other performances include the title roll of Carmen with New York City Opera's special concerts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Duenna in Cyrano with Opera Caroline, Meg Page in Falstaff with Opera Delaware and Tigrana in Puccini's Edgar with Baltimore Concert Opera.  Ms. Vikse's performances of Mozart's Missa Brevis and Handel's Messiah, performed at the Cathedral in Orveito, Italy was for Italian Television.  In addition, she sang Pergolesi's Stabat Matter with the Narnia Arts Festival.  She also participated in Comfort Ye, a NY Cares Fundraising with other performers including Metropolitan Opera singers Mark Delavan and Carl Tanner at Symphony Space in New York City.  She has also performed with Opus Opera and New York Lyric Opera...
